At Family GSP Puppies, we are committed to placing healthy, happy, and well-socialized German Shorthaired Pointer puppies with loving families throughout the United States. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before reserving or purchasing a puppy.

30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day review period beginning on the date your puppy is delivered. If you experience a serious health-related concern during this period, please contact us immediately so our team can evaluate the situation and provide assistance.

To submit a refund request, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Documentation from a licensed veterinarian

  • Relevant medical records and supporting information

All refund requests are reviewed individually and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Health-Related Refunds

If a licensed veterinarian confirms that your puppy has a serious hereditary or pre-existing medical condition within the first 30 days after arrival, you may be eligible for one of the following:

  • Partial refund

  • Replacement puppy (subject to availability)

  • Full refund, when deemed appropriate

All claims must be supported by written veterinary documentation clearly outlining the diagnosis and findings.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Minor illnesses treatable through routine veterinary care

  • Allergies or housing restrictions

  • Changes in personal circumstances or preference

  • Training challenges or behavioral issues after placement

  • Failure to provide proper care or veterinary treatment

  • Accidents, injuries, or neglect occurring after delivery

Deposits placed to reserve a puppy are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Return Process

If a return is approved, the puppy must be returned safely and humanely along with any health records and documentation provided at the time of purchase.

Customers must contact Family GSP Puppies before making any return arrangements. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibilities

To remain eligible for health-related refund or replacement consideration, customers agree to:

  • Schedule a veterinary examination shortly after arrival

  • Provide proper nutrition, shelter, and daily care

  • Maintain vaccinations and preventative healthcare

  • Follow veterinary recommendations for ongoing wellness
